A misfit gang of teens form, call themselves the Dandies, meet in a dingy mine with their guns and profess their vows of non-violence. Dick thinks Wendy is a toy gun at first, but she's not--and she's got some kind of hold on him. As if things aren't odd enough from the start, the only African American member of the Dandies has a thing for Wendy, making Dick jealous. Is all this going anywhere? Um...Sure. It all leads to pacifist misfit teens brandishing their beloved handguns. Artsy, unraveling presentation of bizarre images and lost messages.
