R.I.C.C.O. Movie Review 2002

When a defense attorney saves a beautiful young woman from the clutches of sinister hitmen, they both become pawns in a deadly game of hide and seek, running from R.I.C.C.O., Detroit's mysterious ganglord. No budget action piece acts more like a decent tour video of Detrot. Other than that, there's not much to look at. Dismal acting and a silly score.
