Andy Fiddler (Levy) an eccentrically nerdy dental-supply salesman from Milwaukee, travels to Detroit for a convention where some illegal arms-dealing crooks mistake him for hard-boiled ATF agent, Derrick Vann (Jackson). Andy gets drawn into the crime-busting plot. Jackson and Levy deliver exactly what you expect in this old school kooky crime buster, but nothing more in this seen-it-done-better-elsewhere attempt at mismatched buddy comedy.
