The unfortunate title refers to a videogame avenger who appears a la the creepy rabbit in "Donnie Darko" throughout this smug satire. Brooding SoCal teen Dean (Bell)--yes, think James--fails to tell anyone that his best friend, Troy (Janowicz), has hung himself in his bedroom. Problem is, Troy was the local drug supplier and when word does get out, his fellow high school scuzzballs expect Dean to find Troy's stash or else. Depiction of self-satisfied suburbia and teen angst has been better told elsewhere.
