Mark Wexler's documentary about his cinematographer father Haskell Wexler is not so much about the man's award-winning movie work as it is an expose of their father-son relationship. Acknowledged for his work and political endeavors, Haskell is undeniably witty, egotistical and outspokenly blunt. "I don't think there's a movie that I've been on that I wasn't sure I could direct better," he says at one point, and that includes his son's.
