Idealistic James (Shibe) is a young African Christian who is sent on a pilgrimage to the promised land of Zion. Only the promise starts out tarnished when the innocent is thrown into a Tel Aviv jail by a cynical immigration official who thinks he's just another illegal. James gets bailed out by shady businessman Shimi (Daw) to be used as cheap labor and he begins to learn--and work--the system, which leads James into some very secular temptation. English, Zulu, and Hebrew with subtitles.
