Having been unjustly thrown in the slammer for six years for her husband's slaying makes the strong-willed Molly intent on hunting down the real killer with the aide of reporter pal Fran. But, as often is the case in these Mary Higgins Clark adaptations, the truth could have deadly results for the women.
