Nowhere comedy loosely based on director Luc Besson's 1998 French film. Stripped of his driver's license, inept New York cop Andy Washburn (Fallon, a negligible screen presence) enlists the aid of dynamo cabbie Belle Williams (Queen Latifah) to drive him to the scene of a bank robbery. The heist turns out to have been committed by a quartet of gorgeous Brazilian gals who are also supermodels (led by Bundchen in her, um, acting debut). Ann-Margaret lends support in a wincing comic turn as Andy's lush of a mother. The Queen, as always, is an irrepressible delight and the only reason to spend any time with this hack.
