Urban Ghost Story Movie Review 1998

Saddled with guilt after surviving a car wreck that killed her friend, 12-year-old Lizzie suspects that her near-death experience released a nasty ghost that's purposely tormenting her. When no one believes her, her mom enlists the aid of a journalist to prove Lizzie's claims--which only makes life worse as a gaggle of scientists and voyeurs swarm their grungy Glasgow home.
