Nightwaves Movie Review 2003

A car accident cripples and widows Shelby, who battles pain and boredom by picking up the sorted details of her rich, married neighbors' lives via their phone calls on her police scanner. But when a woman winds up in a body bag Shelby is shoved into a mess that is more than what it seems and makes her a target.
