Gozu Movie Review 2003

Japanese freakmeister Miike revisits his yakuza world in this surreal adventure. Yakuza soldier Ozaki's (Aikawa) paranoia is causing trouble for his boss (Ishibashi) who decides he should be discreetly disposed of by newbie Minami (Sone). So Minami drives them into the country and then botches the job. He tries to find Ozaki's missing body and finds instead, well, a lot of really weird stuff. Title refers to a demon with a cow's head and a human body that Minami has nightmares about. You will too. Japanese with subtitles.
