Daniel (Travis) and Susan (Ryan) are an overworked couple who badly need a vacation. Little do they realize what they're in for when they go on a group scuba diving excursion in the Caribbean. Somehow, the boat crew screws up, and the two resurface to find the boat has left without them. Fighting cold, hunger, dehydration, sharks (which were real) and worst of all, their own fear and insecurities, the couple stay afloat for more than 24 hours hoping the boat will discover they are missing. Kentis and his wife Laura Lua shot on location in the Bahamas using a digital camera. The resulting visceral images add to the realism, and, subsequently, the fear and tension. Based on actual events.
