French suspense thriller in the vein of Alfred Hitchcock. William Faber (Luchini) is visited in his office by a beautiful woman named Anna (Bonnaire), who begins to unload her personal problems, mistaking him for a therapist. William, who is actually a tax consultant, is bewildered but also drawn into Anna's world. Stylish and sophisticated flick excellent makes use of two very talented and mesmerizing leads.
