Word Wars: Tiles and Tribulations on the Scrabble Circuit Movie Review 2004

Four unconventional competitors make their way to the 2002 National Scrabble Tournament in San Diego pursing the $25,000 grand prize. The characters are authentic oddballs, their world becomes more arcane and peculiar the longer you're in it, and the suspense approaches desperation at the end, all of which makes the film watchable in this age of reality TV.
