Lightweight teen comedy has outsider Julie (Vega) celebrating her graduation from junior high by hosting a sleepover with friends Hannah (Boorem), Yancy (Childress), and Farah (Taylor-Compton). Julie breaks parental rules and sneaks out when challenged by popular Stacie (Paxton) to a scavenger hunt--the winner gaining social status in high school. Since these girls are about 14, some scenes--involving older men, bars, showers, and barely-there attire--are quease-inducing if not downright sleazy, although the intended audience will no doubt think all the highjinks are great fun.
