Only a full moon in Los Angeles could pull together several intertwining yet divergent storylines to tell what really is a simple tale of a man, Mo (Proval), whose son, Timmy (Wolff), will die without a kidney transplant. Problem is the donor is a drug addict who flees the hospital. Along with a rag-tag group of otherwise-afflicted folks (including a fired TV clown, a stripper, and a rap executive), Mo must find him...and fast! While the performances evoke a sense of sincerity, the backbone is too weak to support them.
