The Hunting of the President Movie Review 2004

Documentary about the extreme Right's attempts to smear and destroy the presidency of Bill Clinton. Covers events from Whitewater-gate to the impeachment proceedings. Partisan slam against Starr and company co-written and directed by Thomason, a close friend of the Clintons. In the year of partisan political docs, acceptance will depend on party affiliation and ideology. Techniques used are overly arch and comic at times.
