The evil Duke Dekotes (Hardt) wants to take over the world (and who wouldn't?) but he needs to snuff out Prince Kazaf (Chen)--the last offshoot of European vampire royalty--and round up his blood to do so. When Kazaf attempts to elude the Duke by going to Hong Kong, he unexpectedly falls for Helen (Chen)--who, of course, just happens to the sister of butt-kicking vampire-killer, Reeve (Cheng). There's more! Helen's friend, Gypsy (Chung) wants to get in on the action and so all three band together in an effort to foil the Duke's dastardly plot. Jackie Chan cameos in this supernatural romp. Cantonese, with English subtitles.
