Love Me if You Dare Movie Review 2003

Overwrought romance-French style. Julien (Canet) and Sophie (Cotillard) have played a game of dare since childhood-no matter how embarrassing or dangerous the challenge. Obsessed with each other, they are unable to admit their devotion in any conventional way and perpetuate their play for the excitement it brings them even as they risk self-destruction. Unfortunately for the viewer, the duo are mainly exasperating. French with subtitles.
