The kids have to save the day when Mom (Warren) and Dad (Larroquette) get lost on their way home on the eve of their new restaurant's grand opening. Snooty owners of a neigboring restaurant complicate matters by trying to sabotage the kids' efforts at keeping the opening night crowd happy. Fun, well-paced family flick should go over well with the young 'uns, especially with the "kids-save-the-day" theme and pop culture references. Younger children may be scared by the villains, who are a little more mean than they have to be for this type of movie.
