Those meddling kids are at it again! During their enshrinement into the Coolsonian Criminology Museum for all their prior do-good acts, all the ghosts and goblins on display suddenly come back to life and the gang sets out to unmask the culprit responsible. Shaggy (Lillard) and the CGI Scooby do not disappoint but this second act is weighed down with special-effects action sequences that play more violently (cartoonish, but still) than its predecessor. Seth Green is fun to watch as the museum's curator and Velma's love interest.
