Way Past Cool Movie Review 2000

Two gangs, both made up of pre-teens, are pitted against each other by a 16-year-old drug dealer, with all the gang staples, including turf battles, shootouts, drinking (and we're not talking juice boxes), and swearing. Sorry, can't think of a single redeeming thing about it.
