Sanders is a Louisiana fisherman and ex-oil company worker who hooks up with his scientist wife to find natural gas in a Louisiana river. At the same time, gangsters and an ex-con are heading to the same place looking for buried loot, and a freshwater shark picks the spot as well, looking for a human buffet. The too-complicated plot only serves as a reason for everyone to show up and become shark bait for the ridiculously fake-looking maneater. If you're gonna spend time watching a shark movie, make it "Jaws" instead of this made-for-TV waste.
