Eccentric scientist Nelson implants a computer chip into the dog that saved him from a car accident. The chip enables the dog to communicate with other computers and draws the attention of techno-spies who naturally want to use the bionic pup for their own nefarious purposes. Of course a boy who has befriended the dog is enperiled long the way. Adults won't find much worth sitting through, but kids will enjoy the feats of the canine star.
