Screaming Dead Movie Review 2003

Satisfactory exploitation/horror flick has a fetish photographer, his assistant, and some models doing a shoot in an abandoned, possibly haunted hospital where hundreds of patients were tortured and killed in a basement dungeon. Not as much skin or gore as you'd expect from the set-up, and it takes a while to get going, but it's not too bad for fans of the genre.
