The Dream Catcher Movie Review 1999

With his girlfriend pregnant, Freddy (Compte) hits the road to look for his uncle, who might be able to give him some cash. With no car, he takes to hitchhiking and riding trains, and along the way befriends a klepto. When Freddy finds out his dad is out of prison. Quirky characters and a thoughtful script help this pleasing road flick along.
