A group of concentration camp survivors are awaiting repatriation in a disused barracks in a German stalag in 1945. Among them are young Poles, Nina and Tadeusz, who fall in love. But tragedy continues when Nina is accidentally killed by an American guard. Based on the stories of Tadeusz Borowski, an Auschwitz survivor who later committed suicide. Polish with subtitles.
