Since Helen was the face that launched a thousand ships for the Trojan War, she needs to be a looker and, in the person of Guillory, she is. Which is good, since the cable miniseries is fairly ordinary. Helen is married to weak-willed Menelaus (Callis), the King of Sparta but falls crazy in love with Paris (Marsden), a Prince of Troy. The lovers hightail it to Troy, where King Priam (Rhys-Davies) offers protection. Menelaus's brother Agamemnon (a snakey Sewell) leads the Spartans on a 10-year battle to get Helen back. Remember the Trojan Horse is a big deal.
