Octopus 2: River of Fear Movie Review 2002

After two Russian tourists are killed on the waterfront off the Hudson River, scuba diver cop Nick (Burke) discovers a giant man-eating octopus. Not wanting to spoil the city's 4th of July celebrations, the mayor refuses to do anything. So Nick and his partner Walter (Lane) must stop the rampaging creature--who attacks the Statue of Liberty! That's just wrong.
