The Hitcher 2: I've Been Waiting Movie Review 2003

Jim Halsey (Howell reprises his role from the 1986 film) goes back to West Texas to confront his fear of the past accompanied by his girlfriend Maggie (Wuhrer). They travel the same stretch of desolate road and--surprise!--encounter a psycho hitchhiker, Jake (Busey, who certainly looks the part).
