Local Boys Movie Review 2002

California surf dude Randy (Olsen) buys his brother Skeet (Sumpter) his first board for his 12th birthday. But Randy gets jealous when Skeet turns to surfing legend Jim Wesley (Harmon) to be his mentor. Things get even more complicated when Wesley begins romancing the boys' widowed mom (Edwards).
