This Border Patrol is in charge of policing the realm of the dead, making sure sinners and the good get their proper punishment and rewards. Patrolman Numan is forced to break the rules and ask the help of a mortal Miami cop in order to stop vicious serial killer Dr. Helms from opening the gateway to other realms.
