Wheelchair-bound medical scientist Lowell (Sheffer) and his students decide to use the blood from Dracula's burned corpse (from the first film, which is now in the local New Orleans morgue) to find a cure for Lowell's paralysis. But it's always a mistake to resurrect a vampire. Lame sequel to the "Dracula 2000" film has a cliffhanger ending to be resolved in "Dracula 3: Legacy."
