Let's just call this "Lizzie Goes to Rome." Tweenie heroine Lizzie (an endearingly klutzy Duff) celebrates her graduation from junior high with a two-week trip to Italy with some classmates. On an outing, Lizzie meets the slightly older teen Europop star Paolo (Gelman), whose singing partner Isabella has just left him. Lizzie looks like her (Duff plays both roles), and agrees to put on a dark wig and impersonate the Italian diva for an awards show. Some sightseeing and a little romance follow. An adaptation of the Disney Channel series.
