The title is probably the most inspired part of this flick. Harry (Richardson) and Lloyd (Olsen) meet in high school and are immediately recruited to attend a "special needs" class set up by the corrupt principal (Levy) to steal grant money. The school paper's star reporter (Nichols) investigates the scam, setting up possible romance. Richardson and Olsen do a commendable job impersonating Daniels and Carrey, but the charm of the original has been replaced by a double dose of poo and retard jokes, done with less subtlety and class (!) than the Farrelly outing. Stick with the original.
