Formulaic "war is hell" story that has lots of flashbacks filled with rather graphic violence. In 1968, the Marines of Echo company came under a friendly fire bombing during a raid on an enemy village in 'Nam. The men blamed their captain, Ramsey (Van Dien), for the incident. Some 30 years later, the survivors (including Ramsey) meet up in Saigon at the request of journalist Kathleen (Otis) to get to the truth.
