Winds of Terror Movie Review 2001

FBI special agent Larry Sullivan (Hutton) is called in to investigate the sudden and mysterious deaths of a number of passengers aboard a cruise ship. It turns out to be biological terrorism and Sullivan must find out who's behind the act before they strike again.
