Redeemer Movie Review 2002

Paul Freeman is a writing teacher in a prison program who decides to help inmate Charles Henderson (Babatunde), an articulate ex-Black Panther serving life for murder. After 20 years, Charles wants to write a letter to his victim's sister, Sharon Davidson (Greene), asking her forgiveness. The reaction to the letter turns out to be a catalyst for a second chance for each of them.
