Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger 4 Movie Review 2001

As gleefully offensive as always, this sequel comes 12 years after part 3. An explosion in Tromaville creates a parallel universe in which Toxie and his evil twin, Noxie AKA Noxious Offender (who lives in Amortville), change places. Noxie promptly terrorizes the community while Toxie goes on with his good deeds in his new dimension. Meanwhile, a coalition of other superheroes try to eliminate the evil Noxie from their midst.
