Jewel theif Fait (DMX) steals some black diamonds that draw attention from many factions, including Li's Taiwanese government agent Su and some oily, world-domination types led by Su's former partner and friend Ling (Dacascos), who isn't above kidnapping Fait's daughter to get what he wants. DMX is pretty good at looking all cool and bad-ass, but runs into trouble when acting is called for. Li, the only real reason to bother with this flick, provides all the martial arts action you'd expect, but looks kinda bored doing it. Anderson and Arnold are around for comic relief (take that info as warning or praise, depending on your tolerance for both).
