U.S. Navy SEALS: Dead or Alive Movie Review 2002

Lots of action, not much plot, which doesn't really matter with these sorts of movies. Terrorist Casper has promised to sell a cluster bomb to some renegades, although he doesn't have it yet. A team of Navy SEALS is assigned to locate and take possession of the bomb before Casper gets to it.
