Lockdown Movie Review 2000

Brutal men in the big house pic follows the fortunes of three friends who wind up doing time in New Mexico. Violent drug dealer Cashmere (Casseus) is framed by another player and manages to take two right-living buddies--Avery (Jones) and Dre (Bonds)--down with him. Cashmere joins the in-house crew of black boss Clean Up (Master P) while Avery is lucky enough to be taken under the wing of a self-educated cellmate who passes on wise advice for doing time. Dre is the one who winds up in situations familiar to viewers of the cable series "Oz." Grim watching.
