Rhapsody Movie Review 2001

In 1986, young hoods Jelly and Roughneck are caught out by an undercover cop in a drug deal. Jelly escapes arrests while Roughneck does time. Released from prison, Roughneck (Plummer) thinks his ex-partner (Phillips), who's now a successful music producer, owes him.
