Eye See You Movie Review 2001

Substandard cop vs. serial killer yarn has FBI man Jake Malloy (Stallone) tracking a serial killer who likes to remove his victims' eyes with a drill. When his girlfriend becomes the maniac's latest victim, Sly goes on the sauce and ends up in a Wyoming detox center for cops. Shortly after he arrives, the patients start dying in apparent suicides and Malloy suspects his old nemesis might be on the premises. The plot wavers between illogical and laughable, while everybody involved overacts in an apparent attempt to figure out what the heck's going on.
