Sequel to the 1994 film has Santa (Allen again) facing expulsion if he doesn't find himself a Mrs. Claus. He also has to deal with the fact that his son Charlie (Lloyd) just landed on the "naughty" list. When Santa/Scott heads back to the U.S. to help Charlie, he runs afoul of the school's female principal (can you see where this is going?). Back at the Pole, the clone Santa he left in charge is staging a coup, of sorts. Funnier, with more of an edge than the original, this one gives adults plenty to smirk at while the kids are distracted by all the yuletide yahooey.
