This is Huppert's movie all the way. She's Mika Muller, a chocolate company manager in Switzerland who has just re-married widowed concert pianist Andre (Dutronc) after 18 years. In the meantime, Andre married and had son Guillaume (Pauly), who was nearly switched at birth for Jeanne (Mouglalis), an 18-year-old with musical talent (unlike Guillaume). Jeanne impulsively decides to meet Andre and they bond over music, which causes the polite but pathologically jealous Mika to pour hot chocolate and plot. Based on the novel "The Chocolate Cobweb" by Charlotte Armstrong. French with subtitles.
