Naif geek Graham (Rudd) and his black entrepreneurial adoptive brother Allen (Malco) unexpectedly inherit a crumbling chateau in the French countryside. The servants seemed surprised by their arrival and even more shocked when the brothers say they intend to sell the property. They conspire to make the sale as difficult as possible until they can outsmart (which isn't hard) these uncouth Americans and save their home and jobs. English and French with subtitles.
