Men with Brooms Movie Review 2002

Goofy Canadian comedy about curling. In the small mining town of Long Bay, curling player/coach Donald Foley (Douglas) has just died (although his narration continues throughout the pic). At his funeral, members of his last team reunite and decide to reform the team and compete for the Golden Broom curling championship trophy in Foley's honor. Among them are oil roughneck Chris (Gross), who convinces his eccentric dad Gordon (Nielsen) to coach the team.
