Fifteen-year-old Gwen (Le Bresco) and her best friend Lise (Alyx) always spend their summers together on the Brittany coast where Gwen lives and Lise's family rents a cottage. But when there's a family tragedy, Lise must stay home until the gloomy atmosphere has her traveling to Gwen's on her own. Gwen's parents (who have their own problems) let Lise stay but things between the friends have changed. Gwen has been flaunting her sexuality with the local boys and comes to resent Lise, who feels abandoned. Gwen's thoughtless sexual impulses finally cause the divisions between the girls to spin out of control. French with subtitles.
