The House Next Door Movie Review 2001

Lori (Cook) and Tom (Harrison) Peterson move into their dream house, meeting next-door neighbors Helen (Russell) and Carl (Russo) Schmidt. Carl seems rowdy but friendly but Lori comes to realize that he's a wife-beater and when Helen disappears she suspects the worse. Tom doesn't take his wife seriously and leaves on a business trip, with Lori's friend Monica (Young) coming to visit. So Lori persuades Monica to help her investigate Carl.
